“Been using them for 10+ years. They are upfront with me about what my vehicle does and doesn't need. Once, they asked to do a maintenance item 15k miles before it was due. When I asked why they wanted to do it so early, they explained the part cost was less than a hundred dollars but the work was costly because of the three(or four) hours of labor to remove various parts of the motor to do the maintenance work. Since my vehicle was already going to get the same teardown work to fix a separate issue, their recommendation was going to save me hundreds of dollars.
