I visited Ulta for the first time and had a haircut and eyebrow waxing done. There was no wait time, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. My stylist, Clementine, was polite, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. She did a great job with both services—I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of.

I stopped in to pick up some makeup for my daughter’s dance, and the staff was helpful in guiding me to the right products. They gave solid recommendations, especially on a good cleanser for her skin. While the staff was just okay overall, the person who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable.
The store was clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. Everything was nicely laid out, making it easy to find what we needed without feeling overwhelmed. It was a quick, pleasant shopping experience and we left with everything we came for.

Elizabeth was amazing! She was knowledgeable, kind and understanding! I went in now quite sure of what I wanted and she showed me several products that were budget friendly as well as quality. I could not have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend asking for her!

Had a keratin treatment done 16 days ago. First, it lightened my hair so much, which i wasn't informed it would, to a strawberry blonde shade...I'm a brunette.
2nd of all I waited the 72 hours to wash it, let it air dry. 15 days later I had my hair professionally colored ( i hadn't left the house in 15 days because of my hair color). Now my hair is full of frizz and fuzz as if I had never spent over $200 on this treatment. Never ever again. My hair is worse than before the treatment.

I went into this Ulta on a Sunday. I did not know they closed at 6, and I was just going in to grab some satin scrunchies. I walked in a few minutes before 6, and one of the employees happily pointed out that they close at 6. Being a cosmetologist myself, I know how frustrating it is for someone to come in at the last second. I stated I would be two seconds and be gone. If I didn't live over an hour away, I would have came back at a more convenient time. However, instead of being able to grab my scrunchies and head out the door, I could overhear the employees talking about me from across the store, stating that if they were told they closed at 6, they would have come back tomorrow ect.... so instead of making my purchase, i made my way to the door. In all of my years of customer experience. I NEVER would have made a client feel that way, regardless of the time.

got my hair dyed and styled… love my hair. shout out to Faith who did my beautiful half red half black. and shout out to the young man who booked my appointment. all lovely and patient people.Drove a hour and will do it again.
