The three gentlemen at the store were extremely helpful and nice friendly professional. They called themselves the UPS team. I live in Gloucester Point work in Williamsburg and I would drive up to the courthouse every time just to go to that store.

The staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. The fellow who waited on us today helped us with the various decisions we needed to make regarding using their boxes or our own. He was also helpful in providing estimates of items we weren't ready to send. We are grateful. Last week I was there, and it was the same. The staff all get along great and are dedicated to service. Yay for UPS!

Each time I visit store# 6103, I receive top of the line customer service. Clinton provided me with excellent service on my last visit.

The one girl was kinda rude fr. Like I'm sure she's prolly over it but that's not my problem. And perhaps she sorta panicked when people started coming in. She was friendly to others but like her tone with me was very short. As someone who works in a grocery store. She could do better. I was perplexed as things on my end went smoothly . But she would barely let me get s word out And in a sense I could thank her because I've certainly done that myself. I work in a grocery store, same town. I see all these old folks. And personally, I'm probably one of the better people to get this treatment because I'm not going to totally lose it. That said, I am writing this. I do really get it. And I'm sure she's one of the best employees there. And if management has to talk to her about this, they're probably going to side with her be like. Don't worry about it. Keep doing what you're doing and I'm sure that's the case. The man in all chance it's not. I'd hate to see customers come in and treat it like they're in a chow line of a prison

I went to UPS Gloucester Virginia location a few weeks ago and was met rudely and verbally disrespected when I trusted UPS enough to purchase a 6 month mail box service. The heavy set male UPS worker told me to "leave this was my third time I was in that office" proceeded to call me "dumb". I called him dumb back for assuming that walking through a door somehow makes me dumb. The company slogan I read in August was UPS; "there for your everyday mailing needs". Theoretically speaking, if I purchased the 6 month Mail box membership account and I received only 1 envelope a week for a duration of the 6 month period I would have entered the UPS store's front door a total of 36 times. Therefore their company motto quote is unreliable ( I.E. they're not there for my post office needs if I'm rudely rejected for trying to purchase the same service they offer paid members simply because I walked in the door). There customer service is evidently bad because of a condescending muy muy (thinks he's a know at all) employee who gets extremely disrespectful for a reason that should be non-existent if you're working for a walk-in postal service store.
Summary review: unreliable, untrustworthy, bad customer service because of a evidently not performing at his job very well judging by our interaction employee.
