“Exceptional service all around, from the people who answer their phones to the people who work on the car. Another body shop quoted me $3000 more than my final tally at E&L. Only a few weeks of the wait time between when I called and could drop off my car (most body shops are booked out for months and keep your car forever). They even ordered the part that I would have to wait for anyways when I came in for the estimate. I only needed to have the car in the shop for about eight days, which is impressive given the color and make of my car. They are honest, kind, and hard-working people that you want to work with.
