Excellent staff. Had an insurance check to be endorsed and the bank manager went out of her way to make sure it went through without a hitch calling the mortgage department and answering all their questions with me.

There is always a wait even when there is nobody in the lobby and then when you finally get taking care of they try to talk you into doing your banking online. It's like they don't want anyone coming in to be taking care of.
