They quoted replacing spark plugs in a 5.4 Ford engine for $750. Then, a week later, they increased it to $1000 because they realized it was a V8 instead of a V6! A few weeks later they must have broken a plug badly, and they couldn't get it out and had to order special tools, which means they didn't have the correct tools to start with. They must have really-really screwed it up and told me it would cost $4,000 to fix. They had the vehicle for 2 months! They want other people to pay for their mistakes. They accepted no responsibility. They impounded my vehicle and placed a lien against it because I refused to be extorted. I had to get the police involved. Do not use these guys. They are nothing like the previous owner. The vehicle is now in far worse condition than it was when I brought it in.

The guys and gals here are awesome. They know their stuff and are honest. They remember everything about my vehicles that I have taken there in the past. They work with me when there is an emergency. Work was extremely delayed and slow. Dishonest with parts and labor. Many issues with the work that was performed.
