“I can’t recommend this animal hospital enough ! Everyone here is absolutely SO beyond kind and patient. The second you walk your beloved pet in the door, they are family. I had to make that tough decision today, and the doctor, tech, and receptionists were guiding me through every single step, explaining everything, and supporting me however they could. Not that other animal hospitals don’t have a lot to offer, but most in the area are booked 3 weeks to months in advanced. Ridge wood did what they could to get me in the door, and make time for me. I’m truly grateful for my experience here. Rest Easy Sweet boy ? thank you for 17 years.”

“The most compassionate veterinarians and staff anyone could ask for. They have taken excellent care of my dog and cat. Had to make the hardest decision to euthanize my cat and they went far beyond what you would expect. Though our tears and grief they were gentle, kind and understanding. This incredible act of kindness will be in my memory and heart as we said good bye to our little guy.”

“This place is amazing and the staff are incredible.Earlier in the month, my dog had gotten hit by a car and we were struggling to find somewhere that would do an amputation. Bedford fit us in, very quickly and very last minute. Two weeks later, she’s walking on her own, no infection, strong sutures in place. Had it not been for this vet office, our dog would have spent an unknown amount of hours or days in excruciating pain. (We’d called 9 other offices who couldn’t/wouldn’t see her). Every question and concern we had was explained throughly and clearly, even after we got home.Thank you to the staff who work so hard to provide tremendous service, care and empathy.”

“Compassionate, FOCUSED, staff! I have had several canines, with care at VCA. Dr. McConnell was absolutely wonderful with all of my senior pets, and once came over to my house, when my 19 year old friend was leaving us - she and a staff member with her, were amazing. They took him to the hospital for cremation, as I was so upset - very grateful. Now, I have a rescue, 4 years old, he is a patient. Ear issues and allergies, which Dr. McConnell is treating, with great improvement!My experience over the years, has been very positive.”
