“When shopping for auto parts, I generally go to Advance for my needs. Howeve, this was the best experience I have had with Advance Auto. I am from out of town and was driving through Gordonsville on my way to my parents when the light for my alternator came on. Scott was able to help me diagnose that my alternator was bad and it needed to be replaced. He hooked me up with a mobile mechanic who replaced the alternator in the parking lot as well as stayed past his shift to make sure my family and I were taken care of and helped replaced the alternator.
