I called a couple of weeks in advance to ensure they would have the parts (rear brake pads for a Victory) on hand when I brought the back in). I dropped the bike off mid-day on a Tuesday and had it back mid-day the next day. Pleasant experience and a great price. I will take my bike back for future service needs Keep in mind that this is a small shop and the owner not only has to answer the phones on the days he does not have help, but works on bikes, too.”
