Horrible attitude by the female working today. We don't need you, there is many stores around that understand customer service. For simply not reading your sign about no tap, she catches a attitude like it's such a big deal, you probably wouldn't have half the customers you do if it wasn't for McDonald's, you'd be out of business long ago. Best assortment of fresh hot cooked food I've seen at any truck stop. Besides the usual array of previously prepared stuff, coffee etc. but also a buffet with chicken, potatoes, many other options. 3 showers and a clean Men's restroom. (Apparently nicely cleaned up subsequent to a previous review I see here about the restrooms.) Friendly employees too.

No hours posted on window. Mcdonald's drive through was open. Mcdonald's hours of service say lobby is open at five a m. I walked over from my might but they were closed. Knowing at the store and the lobby to mcdonald's was locked down. I went next door to the other gas station s*** everything was open and functioning. Oh well you snooze you lose.

The city people moved to palmyra va with there attitudes. Now customers have to deal with this . Hopefully this becomes one of there fully automated better service that way . My family happens to like it here and I could tolerate the food but the service it's largest problem

It’s ok. I rarely stop here as I usually have to get back on 15 south and I don’t like waiting forever to pull across the intersection as it’s like cars going 15 north are drag racing.
