Coleman did through service to both HVAC units at my home. I wish I had them install and service the HVAC BEFORE I called the "big blue truck" company.

This company's services and quality are so good I felt compelled to write a review. The quality experience starts with the friendly professionalism on the phone when making an appointment, and continues to when the service person timely arrives for the service. I've had two different service people and both have been knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and thoughtfully neat. The company's fees are excellent and they don't try to overcharge.
I've had a lot of experience with HVAC services over 40 years of owning homes. Central Virginia Services stands head and shoulders above everyone else!

Central Virginia Services did a wonderful job helping me fix my furnace that was leaking in the basement. Everyone was so nice to me. I called on a Sunday, and had it repaired Monday! I highly recommend! The best people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you 🙏🏻

I am very happy I chose Central Virginia Services for my HVAC preventative maintenance contract. Coleman came out to service our unit today. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and thoroughly checked the heat pump and air handler to make sure they were operating properly. I highly recommend this family owned business for all of your HVAC needs.

Thermostat wasn’t working; technician called me on a Saturday and diagnosed issue after we exchanged photos of thermostat display; technician offered to come out right away while also apprising me of cost. We decided to schedule on Monday, and he quickly resolved the issue upon arrival. Central Virginia Services is awesome! I highly recommend.

We had Central VA Services install all new ductwork in our crawl when we bought our house 7 years ago, and we've had then come to do routine checks/maintenance on our heat pump each year. Their folks are always courteous, knowledgeable and professional, they don't overcharge us for dumb stuff, and they actually ARRIVE AT THE TIME THEY SAY THEY WILL. Seriously! Glad we found them in the first place.

I would without hesitation recommend Central Virginia Services, Inc. for your HVAC issues. I have had an on-going issue for over three years. Four other HVAC companies have evaluated the issue and were unable to determine the source or make the repair. Mark from Central Virginia Services was willing to listen and troubleshoot until he found the problem and fixed it! I had all but given up hope.
