She was extremely helpful in getting all the information off my old cell phone even though my old cell phone was frozen and it took awhile of turning phone off and on again to get to certain settings. “On Thurs 9/11/25, I went to the Orange, VA AT&T Store to see if Dyland could do something with my I24 Android I purchased at this store in 3/25. This is the second time in 6 months this phone has been corrupted with viruses! I only play Mayjong games on this phone. Dylan did say it could have been corrupted thru this game app. Dylan also advised me on Wed 9/10/25 to bring in the old phone if I still had it, which I did, and he would attempt to transfer info from the old Android to the current one. On Thurs succeeded after approximately 20 minutes! This is why I'm recommending a 5 rating for his customer service!!”
