Truist is a great bank providing excellent and personal service. The staff is patient, friendly, and genuinely wants to help. From the tellers to upper management, they build great relationships. To maintain health and safety, some services are temporarily adjusted. This includes drive-thru teller services only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes remain open with enhanced sanitization measures. They are highly recommended.
