The unfortunate truth about Truist is that it has gone to trash since the merger. Upper Management has driven away all of the talented people who used to make BB&T a great bank to use. I had to explain repeatedly to a "Banker" my issue while she visibly rolled her eyes (Thanks for that one, Petra; you're really mature). She still did not understand the situation and clearly didn't want to be bothered.
A separate location messed up posting our weekly night drop deposits 3 times in two months, resulting in vendor payments bouncing and us incurring overdraft fees with no recourse.
Now I am beginning the process of relocating 25 accounts from locations all around the state to another bank just to avoid having to deal with Truist. It's just sad because so many great employees are doing their best to navigate this bank's flaming pile of mess. I can only hope the FDIC forces them to sell to another bank that knows what it's doing.

I have been locked out of my account for 2 weeks if not more. No one as called me back or anything. Like I just feel like these people or other branches don't care about people. I have been calling other banks as well to get help and nothing.

For some reason my account earned ~4% less return than multiple other truist customers told me they were earning with the same type of account during the same time. When I called to ask why I couldn’t get an answer. The customer service was horrible. I definitely feel like something shady was going on since there was no clear explanation provided as to why some people get paid one rate and I got 4 % less during the same time period. I wouldn’t use truist at all but I definitely wouldn’t use this branch!

This bank is great. The service I receive from Petra and the branch manager were excellent. I highly recommend them if you want personal service and a branch that genuinely wants to help you!

We met with one of the bankers to get our daughter set up with her own account. Ms. Swenson was so patient and friendly as she walked her through everything and made sure her app was set up before she left. Thanks!

Worst bank you can go to. The tellers are rude, the atm broke and they told me oh well they can’t give me my money back to file a fraud report. I’m cancelling my bank account with this bank and would never recommend to anyone.

I like this branch. It is a small branch bank they do the best that they possibly can with how many ppl they have working. Connie is always there to help and the ladies behind the teller window always have a bright smile.

First off never mess with anyone's money. Went into this location to cash a check drawn off SunTrust. Renee who was the one cashing my check. Talked to herself the whole time which I thought was stranged. She failed to tell me there was a fee involved she has already completed the transaction and took $7.00 fee nowadays is alot for someone. About to receive my money she then tells me oh there was a fee involved. Really? Why wasnt I told that before hand? She said I forgot to mention that I'm sry. I asked can you waive that fee since you didn't tell me before. I was told no. So I spoke to the manager. Explain what happened he apologized and still didnt give me the fee back. For a bank not willing to correct there mistake what was done no matter what the fee was. Not a bank I would ever trust to keep my money safe in. I would highly recommend you not use this bank for any of your banking needs. Hope this review helps where you decide to bank.
