I've been using this pharmacy for years and have no complaints. They contact doctors on my behalf to get renewals which is greatly appreciated. I use the Kroger app to manage 10+ prescriptions for my family each month and most of the time they're ready for pick-up ahead of time. They've always been helpful and friendly.

Thank you so much to the pharmacist at the Grafton Kroger. I called to ask about an OTC med for my husband who had a severe migraine. The pharmacist was so kind, answered all of my questions, helped alleviate my concerns, and even asked me to call back to report how my husband was doing. I am so amazed by this level of hospitality. Thank you so so much!

My experience was with the Yorktown Kroger. Have been with this pharmacy for 15 years but I will no longer deal with them. For the past year it takes days to a week to get a prescription filled. Typically they don't bother to fill them unless you check on them a couple of times. The last straw was I called in 3 prescriptions on Monday night. As of Saturday morning only 2 were ready. When I asked why the last one wasn't filled they told me it was because they were under staffed. So you could fill 2 of the ones called in but not the 3rd because not enough staff. I was told they would make the 3rd one a priority and I should, not would but should, be able to get it the next day. I have always been very patient and tried to understand but this has gotten beyond crazy!! I will be finding a pharmacy asap. That should help with their heavy load!

I can only speak on the store on Victory Blvd. Yorktown. Have shopped there for many years and was very satisfied with their products and service. However, over the last few years things have changed. Not enough people working check out. Lines ten deep. Half of self check out open and two registers open. Hard to shop when isles blocked with large carts . Employees shopping for online pick up orders. Also isles blocked with Employees stocking shelves. Wasn't stocking usually done at night or early morning? I guess I will try shopping for groceries at a nearby Walmart.

Well with Covid I haven't been going many places but this one is a place I go to at least twice a week. I absolutely love the grocery pick up. Being able to add the items to the cart on the app, add coupons, select a pick up time.. can't complain. I love that they have self check out inside and it goes pretty quickly.

This store has such poor poor management. For the last couple of months the scooters are always broken or run out of gas in the middle of my shopping. This is so freaking annoying especially when I've already used a hour of my time carefully selecting my items. One employee said she couldn't help me but she is timed while stocked, she called someone but they never came. Meanwhile I'm stuck in the isles like a fool. I called customer service and she hung up on me. Several employees were just hanging out doing NOTHING. No one bothered 2 help. This never happens at Walmart or Harris teeter even if I shop for 2 hours. I will never go back there. Walmart and Harris teeter are better in customer service. I had to leave all my groceries and walk in pain.

Finally they have Fresh Sushi (sushi made daily). You can even order online and just pick up. They have $5 promotion items on every Wednesday.
