“I brought my wife’s 2022 Honda Odyssey in for an interior detail, and wow — they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Every inch of that van looks and smells brand new again. The seats, vents, dash, and cupholders were spotless, and even the hard-to-reach corners were shining.
The team at Just In Detail clearly takes pride in their work. They didn’t rush, they paid attention to every detail, and they were professional and friendly from start to finish. My wife was speechless when she saw how clean her Odyssey was — like it just rolled off the showroom floor.
If you want your car treated with care and come back looking better than new, Just In Detail is the place. I won’t trust anyone else with our vehicles from here on out.

“Ulie and Walter literally saved the day! My daughter lost some weight and found her prom dress was to big the night before. Ulie had to hand sew the dress as it was beaded and It turned out perfect!! You would’ve never know it was hand stitched and it was ready by 3:00. “This laundromat is clean and well maintained. There's a small playground out back in the shade. Downside is the amount of trash that is littering the entire parking lot. The managers are not responsible for the neighborhoods.”

“Ever since Sophia and I moved to Hampton Roads, we've frequented this place mainly for clothes to be hemmed. We know we can't go in public where pants extend past our feet or shirt sleeves extend past our hands. This visit was no different. Recently, I bought two pairs of pants to wear at work from Dillards. Once I left the store, I headed here to start the process. Once I tried both of them on, we noted on how far to trim. I did say I can pick them up on Friday, which was two days from my visit. And then, both were ready for pickup. Having both hemmed cost $28, which was very reasonable. The lady said I had a discount, but I didn't ask how (should've done so but again, price was within my budget). As always, I left satisfied with the result. The next time I need some hemming, I know exactly where to go. Till next time :)”
“This shop was efficient and cost effective. They sew on military insignias with a lot of precision and were able to dry clean them within two days. Overall it cost me about 70 dollars to sew rank onto one jacket and two shirts AND dry clean them all plus a pair of pants.”
“I’ve been using them for a while before I posted this review. It has been at least five years. They have altered several items of my clothing to include dress pants, dresses, and an expensive coat that I had shortened and the shortened. I’ve taken expensive pillows and comforters as well. Everything is always come out. Perfect. Never had any issues. Everything’s done in a prompt amount of time. They’re very friendly there as well.”

“As soon as you enter the store the aroma of "old fashioned" CLEAN awakens your senses! There is no overly artificial chemical smell. Service was very prompt and professional. I needed a rush job for an event (totally my fault for procrasrinating) and they came through for the win! Expertly pressed, extra fresh, no crushed buttons, no random "fuzz" like some other places. I will definitely come back for service again and recommend to my friends. I trusted them with my one and only Service Dress Blues (military dress uniform), and they delivered with care. They are modern and use advanced technology. You receive a text when your order is ready to pick up.”
“I have a house with a washer and dryer and I went here once to wash a lot of clothes to cut time vs washing 3 loads at home it’s 26 min to wash and 25 to dry and 20 min to fold an I’m out. The owners clean up all day long and change the lent regularly. And they always clean inside the washers and inside the dryers this is my favorite spot every Friday”

“Clean, well maintained facility and machines. Rude staff. Was about to use a dryer when the staff member came over and informed me "you shouldn't use that machine we've been having a lot of problems with it lately ". I said thanks and went to the other side. Six minutes later the same staff takes another lady to the exact same dryer I was told not to use and says "saved you the hottest one , it dries in half the time".”
