The ladies working there apologized because they were having some technical issues and waiting for IT to come. The nurse who did my lab work was kind and we had a good chat and some laughs!”

“I went to the office this morning to get labs done and was informed that I needed an appt by front desk rep Camille. I did not have an appt and stated to her that I left a message to get an appt. I then proceeded to ask if I could get an appt sched for another day in the morning. She checked her sched and there was nothing available in the am hours before my doctors appt. She stated that they were short staffed and then she said to me "If you are able to wait I can draw your blood, it will take me a minute to print your papers". Now when you talk about going above nd beyond your job, this would be Camille!!!!!!!!!!!!! She took the time to service me, along with the other duties assigned to her even though I didn't have an appt. Camille thank you very much!!”
“Sarah at the laboratory in Mary Immaculate deserves a promotion with substantial pay increase. The method, efficiency, how quickly she completes a blood specimen is almost unbelievable. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PAINLESS FAST SPECIMEN DONE EXPERTLY LIKE I HAD WITH SARAH. THABK YOU DO MUCH!!!”

“I have been using a competitor lab for years where I make appointments and generally have long waits. I made an appointment 2 days before my appointment at Quest..for a Friday. From the check- in while in car to sitting in an actual chair in the lab to get blood drawn, it was almost immediate...no tons of people waiting in the front, just the tech and a few employees with masks. I was in and out. My making an appointment mattered and my time!! The tech was very friendly and drew from my hard-to-draw veins immediately. Impressively well-organized!”
