David Holland, Maybe owner?? is unprofessional and unreliable. He stated on a call with a customer that he was irritated and is unable to speak professionally because of his emotional state. He was unavailable when thr customer needed to pick up the vehicle and could not provide a time of availability. Delayed responses to calls but timely charges for hold fees. ; ) He was rude and did not know how to use appropriate language to communicate policy. He was unable to provide business hours and called the customer simple and slow for asking clarifying questions. Pricing and fees were not communicated clearly. When we looked into his background, we understood who we were dealing with. Untrustworthy business. Do your research. 100% do not recommend giving your money or time to this organization. Plenty of other businesses in the area to get the job done right. Best of luck!

The tow truck driver was very rude and seemed to lack pretty basic logic and reasoning skills. A weird experience overall, and i definitely would recommend not doing business with this place.

Car died in the middle of traffic on 17 in NN. Was desperate to get home 8n time to make it to a 2:00 doctor appointment. The guy showed up in 30 minutes and got me and my car home in time to grab another vehicle and go. I didn't ask his name but he was very nice!Service: Car towing

I don't understand how this business is being ran. I had my car towed through road side assistance (he was assigned to me) and he took my car to the wrong location without the car key (picked up from body shop). He didn't follow the address submitted to him. I was nice about it, I didn't get upset or anything, and he went and got the car from the wrong location and brought it to the correct location.A few days later I need the car towed again. He was assigned to me again through road side service. He calls to tell me he's 5 miles away but also confirms if it's the same car. I say yes and think everything is fine but I got a text saying he cancelled the job. It was so weird and without explanation. This was very unprofessional and I don't know why he couldn't have verbally explained his reasoning to me considering I was professional and kind to him after all the mishaps he made. Just do yourself a favor and find a more reliable service.Service: Car towing

Will NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! The worst towing company I have ever seen! Rude! Called about a vehicle parked in an apartment complex they have acontract with that has expiredtags. And parked in front of apartment doors that have elderly neighbors. Gotta look out for out elderly. They were rude! And hung up on me! That's ok! Your contract will be up now! You have no idea the pull I have with the county!

The towing company is scam. They request payment in advance and never show up. Google please shout this scammer down. I have been waiting out here for two hours. When I called back for an update, I was told that would get a refund for my cancellation for way less than what I paid in 3 to 5 business. Never ever use this service because it is a complete scam.Service: Car towing
