If I could give 0 stars I would.First, their phones are not set up, they next to never answer, I had to call the other day 18 times in a row before I gave up and went in there.Today I had to call 5 times in a row as soon as they opened hoping that they wouldn't "be too busy" to answer.Then when they did answer it was the absolute worst customer service ever and entirely unprofessional.Pharmacist was very short and rude kept cutting me off on the phone, when I called he INSTANTLY said "rite aid, hold" then put me on hold. He then came back and said "rite aid"I said "hey how're you I've got a-""Your birthday?"I then gave him my birthday and said "my question is about a te-""Name? YOUR NAME?"I gave him my name, he says "can't talk about anything without it"I said "okay I wasn't asking about the medici-""What's the name of the medicine?"I gave it to him then said "I was only calling to ask about the text I got cuz it was confusing. It said '1/31 too soon to refill will refill on 1/31'"He then says "I don't know what text message people do. I'll fill it today alright thank you"And then hung up.

The customer service is really horrible. Tried to call. Decided to go to the store to find out where my refill was. I got nothing but rude responses. It blew my mind. I got fussed at for receiving misinformation like it was my fault the employee told me that. I tried for 4 days to get someone on the phone. Was told the phones do not work. Then told again they just don’t have time to answer the phones and the phones are fine. Contuined to try and be understanding while still being belittled.

I had a call on Sunday to pick up a prescription and when I went on Monday ,Ghada ,who was at the pharmacy said she knew nothing about the prescription. She acted like she didn’t want to be bothered. She was not friendly with the other customers before me. The Rite Aid that we used before it closed was friendly and helpful. This one is terrible. The wrong one closed.

Their phone system is not set up. I tried to call on my way to the pharmacy to make sure my prescription was there and to make sure they could fill it. No matter which number you push in the phone tree no one answers. I’m sitting inside now and dialed through their phone tree again while inside and sure enough… no phones ring inside the store. Funny enough as I was sitting at the counter the pharmacist started laughing about it with his co-workers. They know they don’t answer the phones. Corporate needs to do something about this store ASAP. ANSWER THE DAMN PHONES, PEOPLE!!!

I just recently started going to this rite aid since my last one shut down and i can never get anyone to answer the phone. i try calling 3 times in a row every time and i still get no answer. i once drove up there about my medication they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes and when i come back they tell me i have no prescriptions to refill. NOT a fan so far.

I’m having a medical emergency without my medication and I can’t get anybody from the pharmacy on the phone, it’s been days since my script has been called in by the doctor. I am so angry and so beyond disappointed, if I could give negative 10 stars I would. They are fully staffed (as I’ve seen the 3 times I’ve showed up in person for my medicine) i understand delays but days and days without necessary medication can be dangerous. If you need your meds the same day, go elsewhere. I can’t even get a hold of anybody to transfer mine.

Dropped my dad's prescriptions off Saturday. I was told it would be late Sunday when it would be ready. No problem. It's Tuesday and still not ready. Tried calling the store and no answer. This is ridiculous. The pharmacy at the Rite Aid on 6500 George Washington was 1000. times better. They answered the phone had a great relationship with their customers. Refilled prescriptions in a timely manner and if it could not be filled let you know. This pharmacy at 5500 George Washington is a joke. The only reason I kept my dad's meds there is the people from the old store convincing me to give it a chance. Un I maybe pulling his meds and putting them at my pharmacy. You closed the wrong store and moved the wrong people. Now I have to go an see if the meds are ready and I'm sick. This is ridiculous. Train your people in better coustmer service.

This is the absolute worst Rite Aid I have ever been to. The pharmacist is Rude, I get notifications that my scripts are ready & they are not. My husband has COPD & his meds are not getting filled, I have been there several times in the past week with no responses. Unacceptable

The RITE AID that I was going to went out of business (Yorktown) so I was told anything that was at the RITE AID would be transferred to the one in Grafton well, I'm extremely unhappy with this one, I have been calling for 2 days now with no answer...grrr feeling that perhaps ALL RITE AIDs should go ahead and close for business! What good is a pharmacy that will NOT answer their phones? Someone needs to inform them that there are customers that REQUIRE their medications FILLED! SMDHDidn't even think they deserved a star . That's what you call good customer service?? What a joke.

Would be nice if you could actually get the pharmacy on the phone have been calling for days. But I refuse to stand in line for an hour to be told my prescription isn’t ready. It’s ridiculous!!!

I didn’t know if I called my script in at 9:30 AM it still wouldn’t be ready at 5PM. Then to be told it can’t be filled bc we don’t have enough of the medicine. Really!
