Came in for a walk in hair cut with my son and daughter. We were supposedly put on the list and were told there were 2 people ahead of us. After 5 people went ahead of us and we had waited for an hour and a half I finally got up and asked what was going on. I was told that our names got bumped off the list - that “the system” bumps people off the list and they don’t know why. There were only 2 people working, and neither of them could figure out how to make the system work. We waited for 2 hours before giving up. Total waste of time.

I recently had a visit here and I usually come here cause I have a simple cut and I always use the same lady sunny but this time I came in I got a different person which is okay cause it's a simple cut can't mess it up. Well the hair cut went great and the lady shaped up around my beard... that's where the problem begins almost 48 hours after my face swelled up for no reason in the spot she trimmed around my beard. I went to the hospital cause it was swollen and painful and come to find out it's a bacteria infection that got introduced through a break in the skin and the only thing I've had done recently was hair cut and beard trimmed. I know things happen but when you are there just make sure they are cleaning things properly.... it's all my fault the more I looked backed she didn't clean spray or wipe anything down before using and that's honestly disgusting with all the people's hair and face those trimmers/ scissors touch.
JUST BE MINDFUL IF THEY ARE ACTUALLY DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY. THEY ARE NOT ONLY THERE TO CUT HAIR BUT TO PROVIDE A SAFE, CLEAN, ENVIRONMENT FOR SAID HAIR CUTS

The Manager Sunie is a phenomenal hair stylist. She has such a sweet and Godly Spirit. Sunie is so helpful and always knows the best trending styles to cut my hair in. Shes the best hair stylist I ever met..shes awesome! ????

I had gotten a fashion color in my hair for the first time and it didn’t last 48 hours. I called the store and they were super friendly and said they would try a different brand. Kim, the district manager, was very open and friendly. She made sure my color got redone and that I was pleased with it. If I try another fashion color or when this needs redone I will search out Kim at whatever store she is at. In fact every employee I have had contact with during this process has been super nice.

Beware the saloTn charges different rates for different people. I was floored when I was charged $90.00 (before tip) for shampoo, cut, and blow out. I have never been charged an fifty five dollar upcharge for having long hair. The board says thirty five and up. I should have been told that there was such a large upcharge for long hair. Another customer came in with long hair while I was there and got highlights, shampoo, cut, style, AND product and only paid $123.50. I felt targeted and taken advantage of. I was told we are ala cart sorry you weren't told properly in advance and left stuck. Instead of getting repeat business they chose to rob me.

DO NOT LET THE ONE STAR RATINGS FOOL YOU!!! I just got a haircut today and got complimented by everyone and it was all because of this shop. Furthermore, the lady here was super nice and talked to me and my mom like we were old friends. She gave me a great haircut and I loved it.Services: Kids' cuts
