Extremely rude and mean pharmacy Manager. Andrew makes you feel like an inconvenience to his existence. I have ignored his mood tantrums several times thinking that maybe he's having a bad day but today takes the cake! Never going back to this pharmacy again. Horrible!

I needed a photo ID for my European passport. At the Seneca branch , they were unable to help (actually to understand in English what I wanted, and uncooperative). I decided to go to the CVS store in Georgetown pike hoping that Christian was there. He was and it took only 3 minutes to get what I needed. He immediately understood what to do. I have seen Christian for about 2 years and he has always been perfect. The rest of the CVS on Georgetown Pike as well. Recommended.

I have experienced several instances where I couldn't pick up the prescribed quantity of pain medication due to CVS's inefficient distribution system. These delays forced me to either accept a smaller supply (often a 7-day stock) while the original prescription quantity was voided, or endure excruciating pain for 5-6 days waiting for CVS to obtain the necessary amount. Furthermore, CVS seems to select distributing manufacturers for these medications, and some of these companies have public reviews criticizing the quality of their products. CVS should prioritize manufacturers with better reputations and avoid those accused of altering formulas or providing diluted or placebo pills. When multiple distributors are available for the same medication, CVS should inform the customer, allowing them to choose the most reputable option, rather than CVS selecting one without patient input.
These are systemic corporate logistical issues that require attention and resolution by CVS's headquarters. It's a problem that needs addressing at the corporate level to improve the overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Despite these distribution issues, which have led to numerous communications between my doctors and the pharmacy due to limited availability, I want to commend the pharmacists at this particular CVS location. Their courtesy and professionalism, along with their diligence in working within a challenging distribution system, are noteworthy. Specifically, pharmacist Andrew at CVS deserves special mention. He successfully filled my prescription as per the doctor's orders after multi day delay. The relief I felt after enduring considerable pain for days was immense. Andrew promptly called to confirm the order and expedited its fulfillment, enabling me to finally sleep soundly. For this, I am extremely grateful.

CVS website messed up my appointment but the pharmacist at this location was even worse. I called to confirm my appointment I set up online so I don't have to drive there for nothing. He gave me the wrong time so I corrected him (My appointment was at 4PM but he said it was 2:30PM). He then went on to say "just come anytime between 1-5PM. I showed up at 1:30 PM, there was no one in line to get vaccine but he told me that they are at lunch and that I would have to wait for one hour to get vaccine. There were at least 5-6 persons behind the pharmacy counter talking and laughing. Not sure why he told me "just come anytime between 1-5PM" if he knew that he will go to lunch at 1:30PM. I am sure that he did that on purpose. What a way to treat your clients. You went to pharmacist school to learn how to treat patient that way? Shame on you!!! CVS should know better not to hire these people.

Normally I'm harsh on CVS, due to past bad experience. However, kudos should be given when deserved. This is one of those times. I went in with some returns and the attendant/cashier was extremely helpful. I pulled out for her the mile long receipt (with all those seemingly useless coupons). When my child came to the front loaded with sweets, the attendant went through my coupons and selected the best one and automatically applied it. All in all, I was in and out with minimal difficulties, a sense of accomplishment, and pleasantly surprised by the attention and care I was given. Kudos, and thank you!Not an isolated incident. A few days before I was in this same store location, and in need of products recommendations for a handful of different issues. The store attendant (it was late and pharmacy was closed) spent time with me, providing advice and walked me through the aisles to help me find the product with no delay. Thank you!And again, a few days even earlier I was at the pharmacy counter with a quick question: "do they have this medicine in stock?". Weird thing the counter is closed for 30 minutes around lunch time for the personnel to have lunch. Really weird, as - in my mind - they can easily take turns in having lunch without closing shop. In any case, the two persons in the pharmacy were not having lunch, but catching up on computer. I arrived smack in the middle of the 30 minutes dead-zone and decided to wait. After a few (1-2) minutes of waiting, the pharmacist interrupted what he was doing and helpfully attended to my question. Thank you!I'll have to say, in the course of only a couple of weeks, my opinion about the personnel servicing this CVS location turned around completely. Very nice, very well done!

Went for Covid vaccine. Syringe unlabeled. Asked her to show me what she was giving me. She reluctantly showed me but I am not sure what she had drawn the syringe from. I have experienced side effects since then. They should draw the syringe in front of you. Also she wanted to charge me even though I had signed up and online and made me wait in front of other people to verify. Really would not recommend going back to this place.

I moved to Great Falls 5 months ago. I gave this CVS a shot, but have since transferred my prescriptions elsewhere. I’ve found the staff slow and unpleasant, lines often long, and cash pay prices cheaper at other pharmacies.
