They even removed an ink stain that maple avenue cleaners missed in their service a couple weeks ago. “Young is a PHENOMENAL tailor. She tailored a dress and a shirt, and she repaired a hole in leggings and a rip in ski pants for me. The dress and shirt both fit me absolutely perfectly now. You can barely tell where the hole and the rip are anymore in my two pairs of pants. I am beyond pleased with her quality of work and her pricing. She’s a really sweet and amazing person too. “Their service is superb albeit pricey. $25 to dry clean a suit and launder a dress shirt. I asked them if they could remove a small spot of blood on the cuff of the shirt and they said no problem. It was fainter but still there but a good effort. I appreciated their one day service. They got it done earlier than the promised time and texted me that it was ready. Great service!”

“Having a laundry room reno so currently, no washer/dryer at home.It is clean!However, washer don't spin well so, when cycle is done, clothes are very wet. Additionally, the washer I used must have contained previous customer's Kleenex. My clothes are covered 8n white specks Dryers are $.25 for 5 mins when clothes are very wet, they can take longer to dry.Tvs are VERY loud.The staff member is very kind but there is a language barrier.Overall good place to do laundry.”
“Great service, I had an important interview in 3 days thought it would be sufficient to do a dry cleaning and altercation. The owner accommodated my schedule and completed the job in 2 days. “I've gone to this laundromat 4-5 times a year for the last 5 years to wash bulky blankets and things that won't fit into my own washer at home. I know they have a drop off service which charges by the pound but I like to do my own so haven't used it before. Pros:1. The facility is bright and inviting and more importantly, the machines are clean and well maintained. I usually go late at night but I've always felt safe even though most of the other businesses in the strip mall are closed by then. 2. There is always an employee who is sweeping, mopping, wiping down machines, tidying up, as well as helping customers at the counter if they have questions. 3. They have several change machines to get quarters.4. Several different sizes of washing machines and two sizes for dryers. Prices are comparable to other laundromats in the area.5. They have a selection of laundry detergents and fabric softeners you can purchase if you run out (but try to bring your own because they're quite pricy).Cons:1. Call to verify their hours. Bummer, they don't stay open until midnight like they used to. 2. Took off 1/2 star because I found the smaller washers didn't really get my blankets that clean. Maybe it was the two machines I happen to have been using but I spilled a glass of red juice on my bedding so washed a pillow and thin blanket in one machine, and a thin comforter in another. The pillow came out fine but the blanket and comforter still had red on them when I pulled them out. I took them out and rewashed them in two different machines, which worked. But annoying and wasted my time and quarters. 3. 1/2 star off because dryers also seem to depend on luck. Though I put my items in side by side on hot, one machine was definitely hotter and dried faster than the other but I didn't think it was a huge deal. My items were 1/2 dry after $0.50 which was fine with me since I could take them home to finish drying there.4. The owner, who is an older Korean guy, has been SO consistently mean and grumpy. He glares at customers, doesn't appear to want to help of you have questions and also lectures his employees a lot. On one occasion, the machine I was using ate two quarters. I pushed the button to get all of my money out, but nothing happened. The employee tried too but he didn't have any luck so he reimbursed me two quarters so I could get my washing done. When I passed the register a few mins later, I could hear the employee trying to explain what happened to the owner, and the owner yelling at him. The owner was reacting like the employee reimbursed me $500 rather than $.50. I felt so bad for the employee, that I tried to. stepped in to explain what had happened. The owner just glared at me and told me that next time I would be using the machines at my own risk if the machine ate my change. Uhhhh, wow. All over $0.50. I thought about taking off another star I didn't because I like to base my rating on the actual service of the facility which is as a laundromat. Though, I might have if I had used the drop off service and needed to have customer service from him.”
“I cannot recommend Cardinal Cleaners highly enough! I've been a loyal customer for years now, and I always take my clothes there for alterations. Each time, they do a fantastic job - I've never been disappointed. They really know how to work with any fabric, and they always take the time to listen to what I want and make sure that the alterations are done exactly to my specifications. One time, I took a jumpsuit that I wanted to turn into a jacket to them as a project, and they did a truly amazing job on it. I always get compliments on that jacket because it's such a unique piece, and it's all thanks to the skill and craftsmanship of the team at Cardinal Cleaners. The owner is always friendly and professional, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of work that they do. I wouldn't trust my clothes with anyone else! “Busy with people on Sunday afternoon, but plenty of machines available, plenty of folding space. Pretty clean and staff always working the counter or tidying up. Air conditioning holds up even in the summer heat. Prices pretty good. Cute art on the walls. Bathroom was locked the whole time I was there.”
“I have some WWII SQUADRON PATCHES & needed them to be sewn on my Jackets. No one would do it, because the leather patches where to supple. It took me Two years to find someone & the person was Ms. Monica. She is a Master seamstress & trains other Tailors on what she does. The patch she sewed on my jacket, was so perfect, that people thought that is how I purchased the my jacket. Ms. Monica was so perfect in her sewing technique, that my next order I had to ask her not to make it too perfect so people will know that the patches where added on the Jacket. If you want a perfect job on any of your clothing, you are going to have to pay for it. Yes it was a little steep on the price. But this is why you pay a master seamstress, not your mom to do this type of work. She really, really knows her stuff & is a very sweet lady.”
