Oliver's Corner Butcher Shop is a 5-star, tremendous experience and the best butcher around. It offers a great selection of meats, seafood, and cheese, all of excellent quality and often locally sourced. The staff is very friendly, professional, helpful, and nice, providing perfect advice for preparation, grilling, or roasting. Customers praise the excellent, tender, and juicy cuts of meat, including prime rib, ribeyes, pork chops, veal chops, hanger steak, and bavette. The seafood, such as beautiful tuna, salmon, halibut, swordfish, and snapper, is also highlighted for its nice quality. The shop provides an authentic meat-buying experience with the accessibility of ordering food in advance and wonderful hours. It is a great source to explore different cuts and is highly recommended as a go-to place for good meat, far better than the grocery store.
So much better than the grocery store. The staff is helpful in finding what you need, and the selection is great. They even quartered up the rabbit for our rabbit stew. This is my wife's new go-to for good meat!

Nice quality tuna steaks that are cheaper than wegmans/Whole Foods sea food counter per pound (which if you haven’t tried the difference between the counter of those vs the frozen ones, there is a difference!)
We seared them for tuna bowls and they were great and so soft
