Oliver's Corner Butcher Shop is a 5-star, tremendous experience and the best butcher around. It offers a great selection of meats, seafood, and cheese, all of excellent quality and often locally sourced. The staff is very friendly, professional, helpful, and nice, providing perfect advice for preparation, grilling, or roasting. Customers praise the excellent, tender, and juicy cuts of meat, including prime rib, ribeyes, pork chops, veal chops, hanger steak, and bavette. The seafood, such as beautiful tuna, salmon, halibut, swordfish, and snapper, is also highlighted for its nice quality. The shop provides an authentic meat-buying experience with the accessibility of ordering food in advance and wonderful hours. It is a great source to explore different cuts and is highly recommended as a go-to place for good meat, far better than the grocery store.
I love their bone-in ribeye and grass-fed prime ribeye! I usually shop at Costco or Restaurant Depot but I really like this place when I want something quick and easy. They have a great variety of meats and the owners / staff are super friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

Got my first Bone-In Ribeye and I can’t wait to eat it all!!! Finally found my butcher that’s 5 mins away from me, my friend recommended me this place and their staff are super friendly and helpful. Will try their Australian Wagyu Ribeye next time.

I had never tried bavette before and honestly thought it was hanger steak 😝 The team was so nice and explained the flavor and best way to prepare it. Took it home for taco night and it was SO good. Love discovering a new cut that I wouldn’t have tried otherwise. I’ll be back for more!
