The LMJ Crew were the real stars of the show. They showed up exactly on time, ensured that all doors, walls and floors were and were able to load our single family home within a few hours. They brought the right number of trucks, people, and equipment to ensure a smooth move.
As we were moving within town, the whole move from our SFH to a townhome was accomplished within 8 hours. Furniture we had them disassemble was reassembled appropriately and the communication ensuring where things were going made it all the smoother. “I was in contact with several moving companies and decided on Nation Capital Movers due to them calling me back within a few minutes after the call. Peter was super helpful as I had a lot of questions about the move but he made it clear about what to expect and confirmed my date and time. “Wow, it was very easy to set-up on line and get a storage unit at the ExtraSpace on North Stonestreet in Rockville, MD. When I got there the staff was very friendly and helpful, and one of them showed me the way to the unit I rented. It was very nice seeing the pride the staff takes in their work. The facility was VERY clean and well lit. Appeared to have ample parking and carts available. It is very secure - requires you to use your password to both get into the facility and to use the elevator. They have great hours. Very glad I chose this Extra Space Storage.”

“I saw the sale for a 7x10 unit in McLean, VA. I went over to the office to get the key code and spoke to Mimi, the site manager. She was super helpful and even checked if maybe I needed a smaller unit instead. She wasn’t trying to push me to get a larger and more expensive unit. Her genuine kindness was awesome. When I reached my unit that is in the “older” building, it was well maintained. Elevators were in working condition and there are carts to help move your stuff to your unit! How awesome is that? I got a welcome card too which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this facility because it shows the company maintains the location quite well. I highly recommend storing your belongings here. And, CubeSmart, give Mimi a raise! She is a great ambassador for your McLean location.”
