The staff is known for their friendliness and efficiency, with one cashier being praised as exceptional. However, the store has faced issues with loitering in the parking lot, which some customers find unprofessional and disruptive.
Just wanted to say how thankful I am for the employees at the Grundy location. They have been so helpful, and go out of their way for me. I will sometimes bypass other stores, just to stop here. Thank you all!

The breakfast biscuits here taste homemade. Very impressive for a gas station.
