The woman working today is rude, very condescending. She should NOT be the face of the post office. USPS, you can do better!! She needs to be retrained in customer service. Maybe get some tips from the Troy P.O, they are lovely people!

Wish I could give them zero stars. When I came in to ask a simple question and the woman responds to me like I was inconveniencing her. Get a new job then if you don’t like your current one.

Opens and closes when they want. Showed up at 945am on a Thursday and they were closed. Not the first time and won’t be the last I’m sure.

Posted hours are that it opens at 9:30 M-F, but often not open at that time and opens late. Time is valuable, USPS, and people don't appreciate theirs being wasted by waiting around.

Cutest little post office that's tucked off the main road on Rt. 250 in Gum Springs. I mean, look how small it is! I think the shed in my backyard is bigger than this diminutive government building. And I wouldn't change a thing! There's a drive by mailbox for posting letters or small packages outside, and inside it's neat as a pin and stocked! They are opened M-F from 9:30-1, 1:30-4:00, and Saturday 8:30-12. Limited services include money orders, no passport services. Tiny but mighty post office that you won't find long lines! Love the daffodils out front too!
