“Very honest pricing, kept in touch through the entire job. Came in from out of town and my transmission went. They had me bring it in right away and took it for a look, gave me a quote and kept his word on the day it would be done. Thank you for being honest. Will be back if anything is needed while in the area.”

“This place is a hidden gem! I had been talking with several other dealerships within a 100 mile radius to find the right vehicle. A couple local dealers had the right vehicle, but not many were as personable and professional as Northern Neck Chevy! The Tahoe I wanted was still in transit and they said they’d let me know when it arrived. Luckily, it arrived that afternoon. We went in the next day, signed papers, and I was on my way! The whole staff, from Chris to Chuck in Sales to Brad in Finance, was amazing. You can tell they truly care about their customers and are working to build long term relationships, not just quick sales.”

“Had a great experience with Penrods installing my tires. Was originally going to get them done at Cheseldine and because my wheels are powder coated Cheseldine wouldn’t guarantee they wouldn’t chip my wheels. Called Penrods and they put me at ease immediately. Did a great job and treated me well. There is a reason why Penrods has a full parking lot all the time, and that’s because they are good.”

“Great people, excellent service. They were to balance tires that the Firestone dealer could not. If you have something besides the family grocery getter, go to these people for your tires.”

“I brought my old Dodge in because of the vehicle and steering wheel shaking during braking. Wesley and the team worked hard on this one, and never gave up on finding the problem. I just drove it 60+ miles today, so my husband could meet a family member he has not seen in a long while. With stop and go as well as highway driving, and there is no shake at all, and the steering wheel is steady and smooth. Thank you all for the extra effort and time fix it. It meant a lot to us both ! 👍”

“We were visiting the Northern Neck of Virginia and found ourselves in an urgent situation with our 2024 F250 diesel. Michael squeezed us in and was able to complete the needed service at a great price and time frame. He also gave us advice on ways to improve our regular maintenance routine. We would definitely recommend Perkins Diesel.”

“Took my truck in to get it repaired, got a diagnostic test done, gave me an estimate. Very timely and professional, unfortunately didn’t have the money to get it fixed during the holidays but I will be giving them my business in the future. Highly recommend!”
