If you need your vehicle inspected and you need a sticker, these people have to do it the same day while you wait. It’s a law….i talked with the state inspector myself. So if they tell you they can’t do it for a few weeks ( it’s because the would rather make $500 instead of $20 in a few minutes) they are not telling the truth. It’s a law!!! If they don’t want to do inspections they need to take it off their building.
You shouldn’t have to leave your vehicle there days in a row or wait two weeks and chance a ticket because these people are doing it illegally wrong.

I took my trailer to Bridgeview and got cheated and lied to.
I brought the trailer in pointing out unusual tire wear and asked them the bearings, and fix whatever needed to be done to pass inspection
They said bearings were fine. But said I needed all new tires because my tires were too old to pass inspection and told me what year they were manufactured. That is a LIE! There is no age limit in the Virginia code for tires I naively bought 4 new tires from them and had them mounted.
They also repaired some lights needed for inspection.
Then they called and said MY TRAILER WOULD NOT PASS INSPECTION! That it had a bent axle and too bad I already spent $600 they would not refund me on the tires and work that are TOTALLY USELESS.
I said I would be down to get trailer and the owners avoided me and made their mechanics deal with me
Incompetent or Ethically Lacking? I am never going back and recommend you take your business elsewhere

Multiple vehicles rejected by them just to get passed elsewhere. Save your $20 and head elsewhere.

My husband an i went here yesterday to get our car inspected. The guy that came around front to get our car hardly spoke. He never told us his name he acted like he was on something. Husband tried to talk to him when he returned our car to us with a rejection sticker on it an again hardly spoke to explain why. He rejected it so he said cause tire was showing metal threads on inside part of tire coming out of it an be cause 2 small lights were out. We understand the lights part but when we left to go Buy another tire to bring it back to get pur sticker we found out from 2 other inspection businesses that the tire was just fine an it did pass inspection with them with no problem an they told us many other complaints have come from this business. We went an bought another tire for NO reason because this beer breath smelling guy an 9 30am put rejection sticker on our car. Husband went back few hours later to explain this to the guy an he brushed it off like husband was invisible. Customer service really sucks here an they just lost a new customer . we just moved here 2 months ago an all we ask nice an Honest person to do his job correctly well that dam sure didn't happen. Looks like his boss an or supervisor needs to step in an set this guy straight or fire him quickly if not sooner!!! Our car Did pass inspection same day yesterday with our original tire on it. We are owed our money back an a apology big time !!! Until then we will take our car else where an Will Not ever go back to Bridgeview again ! We thought we were moving here to a small welcoming honest little town guess we were wrong from this experience. If i could give No stars i dam sure would !!!!! Btw lady inside was very nice wish that was the case for guy that inspected our car !!!!!!!!

My daughter was traveling through Halifax with a low tire light. After filling all four, still had an issue which led her to Bridgeview. The workers took great care of the issue and got her back on the road safely and quickly. Great to know there are good and helpful people still out there and this mom surely appreciates them!!

The owner (Jay Henderson) is a crook and the front desk woman is ridiculously unfriendly. Surface level, they seem like a good business, but if you call them out for doing something wrong, their true colors come out and they resort to 2nd grade name calling to prove their "point." Double check the work they do because they will weasel out of it if they think they can get away with it.
