Awful! Terrible!! I har a pet emergency. Got there 10 minutes before they closed and they REFUSED to see my dog!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Great vet office. Personell are so friendly and courtese. They understand these are not just pets, they are a family member. The office smells good too. Don't have the typical vet smell.

Nobody would see my sick dog for follow up after a visit to emergency vet in Lynchburg but these people! They were so caring and I appreciate everyone there as well as everything they did for my baby. It's been hard to find a vet after ours closed.

The staff here are great. The prices aren't cheap, but they're not exorbitantly expensive either. They've always been my preferred vet in South Boston.

We've seen Dr. Collins and Dr. Mallard for years and won't go anywhere else. The office staff is phenomenal too. They have been available and fantastic for routine visits, sick visits, and last minute emergencies. They have also diagnosed and treated complicated illnesses for our dogs in the past and treated them appropriately.Look no further! This is a great office to trust with your pets.

Dr. Collins is great! Extremely knowledgeable and reassuring about some concerns I had with Bear's health. Really happy to have him overseeing Bear's health while we are in Virginia for the next few months.

Everybody is so nice! I had a stray I was trying to get neutered and he just would not go into reg kitty carrier. I had to trap in our crate for a 125 pound dog. Turns out too big to go through reg door but everybody went out of their way to get my new friend and his oversized crate through fire exit. I was very grateful!

We drive an hour to this vet office. We found our doggo as stray and this vet was recommended by a friend. Friendly staff who all genuinely love animals.
