Every time I go to this store….EVERY employee I’ve cane in contact with is nice and respectful. I do notice a nasty smell upon entering the store and hopefully this awful smell will go away but usually the store is stocked and I love when the employee by the name of MICHAEL is working. He always has a smile on his face. Great job and keep up the great work. Not many ppl give props to these stores so I would like to say, I appreciate all of the employees working at the 7 eleven at 200 N Mallory, Hampton, VA. I know it’s not an easy job p. It’s the only 7 eleven I’ve ever been to and they’re so friendly and professional. I love Micheal’s energy. He’s a nice guy. Thank you..🙏🏽

this is the worst 711 ever. The fountain drink machine is always broken, they never have large cups, straws etc. Not to mention, the store is gross and dirty. The only reason there are no supplies is because the manager / owner doesn't order them! Other 711's close by have no problem with keeping supplies stocked up! Don't go there anymore.

They should NOT allow large groups of people just chilling and talking in parking lot. It's not a restaurant! Makes it very difficult for literally everyone else to park and get going. Tell these people to make their purchase and freaking LEAVE!!! Same in the mornings at these stores! It is NOT your freaking club or second home to chill at. Either kick them out or invest in larger parking and seating section! This is ridiculous

One of your employees needs to learn how to spell.When you receive something, you accept it not except it.Are you guys so desperate that you hire people who don't know what words to use?It is seriously not that hard to know the difference between accept and except.

One clerk, Tibia or whatever, tried to fight me in front of my children and still has a job there. The other, Shane, harassed me and called me drunk almost every night I worked there and also still has a job there. Customer service is pathetic and management will never get rid of the problem employees that make this place a nightmare to work, but if you only want to make 10.50 and be accused of whatever fairy tales Shane makes up about you then sure, put in an app.
