I have encountered several different employees at various locations who don't know about the Scan and Go feature in the app, so it has been a little confusion but once I show my receipt, the app's features and explain the process, everything is fine.
However, the employees at 1033 W. Mercury were rude, disrespectful and prejudice. After I had paid for the transaction, they tried to make me pay it again and said that store doesn't honor the Scan and Go feature in the app. What???? They also had a sale sign on the Pringles chips and wouldn't honor it and told me don't come back if I don't have cash. They even called the store manager and he was no help. I showed them the receipt and the store number to let them know the funds were being sent to their store and they still refused!
It was embarrassing and made me highly upset. My husband tried to pay for the Slurpees again and I proudly told him know because IDC how much the item was, it's the principle.
I don't know why I had to encounter this horrible experience when in fact this location is one of the participating stores on the app.
I want to file a formal complaint because just like the commenter below said, they are definitely giving off racist vibes!

I go to this 7/11 at least 3 times a week and have never had a problem with anyone or anything in the store. Great service and Great employees. They have stopped what they were doing and helped me find what I was looking for. Very friendly and courtesy..

No paper towels at pump so I had to directly touch a pump handle for the first time in years. No hand sanitizer in dispensers to boot. To top it all off, no receipt paper, either.

I went 7 eleven to add money to my card that I use for my son one the ladies there didn’t want to count the money got mad because she didn’t want to do her job GHETTO AS HELL !! I called corporate and I’ll call everyday until something is done

It's the fact this store is local to the highway and hotels and closes it's store from 1am-5am. Was told because the person works alone and has to go into the cooler. I pulled up 5 nights in a row before work and the man was jus standing behind the counter with the door lock. If you close the store then this is no longer a 24hour store and is false advertising. I need coffee and ice before work and this is the only store local to me. If the issue is there should always be two people working that shift. I no longer stop by during the day time now. No need to spend money any further. People been suing companies over stuff just like this. If you have to close for certain hours it's no longer a 24 hour store. You now have store hours and should post. The amount of people I seen walk there and pull up with cash for gas and can't get it.

Went here to fill my tires with air, they were not filled when I used the machine; the machine took $4(I did it twice to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong) and it just deflated my tires to far below its prior pressure.Do not go here, go to ExxonMobil slightly past it, their products actually work and are cheaper.

My gosh, this was probably the worse experience I've had at a 7-eleven. First I bought a cold drink and guess what, it was SPOILED. I checked the date which stated 10/26/2023 so that means they forgot to refrigerate the drink.The customer service? They seemed like they did not want to be serving anyone. They also forgot to give me my recipient, they put it in the trash before offering me it?

They don't have a public bathroom and the do sell gas.

I would give 5 stars, customer service was great but not having a public bathroom is well not cool. I got off highway drove past a gas station just to come to this 711. I figure I gas up the u haul since it's 2 doors down. Get drinks snacks and yah hit the bathroom. But I was wrong,,,, how could u sell gas and everything else and not have a bathroom?? This store down the block from the highway??SMH

7/11 24/7? It seems like if you get here after 11:00 or 12:00, they stay shut down till 4:30 in the morning.... That's crazy inconvenient when you work right nearby and I'm not sure if the owner knows or not but I'm going to start going to Wawa going forward because this is ridiculous. This has become a reoccurring theme and it's getting old.Afternoon team is sauce which is why it's a three star and not a one. Overnight makes no sense ..
