Bad customer service and attitudes… coffee was old and I asked Sean could he make some fresh coffee please and he got really nasty… was slamming things. Just being rude. Need better customer service and management.

The store manager is always rude and thinks because she’s pregnant with twins it is acceptable. God doesn’t like ugly and she needs to talk to customers better. I made a clearance purchase on Friday & called because 2 items rung up wrong & she said she’ll fix it Monday. I went back on today to get it fixed & she refunded my purchase but refused to resale it to me stating I refunded it even though she herself had rung it up wrong.

Poor experience from the store owner. Very unprofessional. I was explaining to a customer how to use the app, and was rudely interrupted and told that customers don't need to know the app to just put in their number in. 7 University is a learning tool and advocates employees to teach customers to use the app which had advantages like redeeming more products for free, locking in lower gas prices and 7th cup free incentives. I was suddenly sent to become overnight manager.
She also was illegally charging employees out of pocket for shortages. This violates VA law. When this was brought to the attention of corporate, I suddenly was taken off the schedule permanently. I take pride in standing up for others and my loss was not really a loss. It was Exposure. God sees everything.

On 1/16/2024, approximately at 7:50 AM, I entered the store.No customer service rep or manager present at the register to assist customers.There were already customers waiting to make their purchases and not yet greeted.After about 5 minutes, an individual, whom I found out was the manager (Candance) from calling the store after experiencing this issue, entered the service area, did not acknowledge any customers, and then left the service area once again for another 2-3 minutes, to reenter the service area once again and still not acknowledged any customer.I politely asked, " Excuse me, is anyone available to assist myself and the other customers waiting with ringing in our items that we would like to purchase?"The response given by Candance, in a rude manner and bothered tone, was, "You will have to wait until I finish preparing my breakfast items.Afterwards, Candance continued to prep items and didn't acknowledge the other waiting customers.At this time, I left the establishment highly irritated with horrible customer service I had experienced.

Just locks the doors when ever they feel like it at night due to a lazy staff that doesn't want to do their jobs.

It was so refreshing going into this store! I had Queen, Latesha, and a male (didn't grab his name) help me out and they were phenomenal! They were personable and had beautiful smiles on their faces! I now have a new store that I will only shop at! It was such a pleasure to shop there!!

Internet out, ATM only give $20, store can't make changes, cash only exactly cost, not restroom service, not even for paid customers!!
