On 1/16/2024, approximately at 7:50 AM, I entered the store.No customer service rep or manager present at the register to assist customers.There were already customers waiting to make their purchases and not yet greeted.After about 5 minutes, an individual, whom I found out was the manager (Candance) from calling the store after experiencing this issue, entered the service area, did not acknowledge any customers, and then left the service area once again for another 2-3 minutes, to reenter the service area once again and still not acknowledged any customer.I politely asked, " Excuse me, is anyone available to assist myself and the other customers waiting with ringing in our items that we would like to purchase?"The response given by Candance, in a rude manner and bothered tone, was, "You will have to wait until I finish preparing my breakfast items.Afterwards, Candance continued to prep items and didn't acknowledge the other waiting customers.At this time, I left the establishment highly irritated with horrible customer service I had experienced.

Just locks the doors when ever they feel like it at night due to a lazy staff that doesn't want to do their jobs.

It was so refreshing going into this store! I had Queen, Latesha, and a male (didn't grab his name) help me out and they were phenomenal! They were personable and had beautiful smiles on their faces! I now have a new store that I will only shop at! It was such a pleasure to shop there!!

Internet out, ATM only give $20, store can't make changes, cash only exactly cost, not restroom service, not even for paid customers!!

All of the 7-11 need to pay employees more money to provide consistent employment in our community stores. We see that the money is being made. That is why the turn-over rate is so high.

i agree the staff is nice & accommodating. However, the ATM is down at least once per week for days at a time, they run out of almost everything i come for and they close at times that arent posted. Very inconvenient to walk with my cane 9 blocks in the cold or rain just to find them closed when the site says they are 24 hours. Cant call ahead because the phone was only answered once out of four calls so why bother?
