Much better service at this location within the past couple months. New management works wonders. Keep up the good work. Us neighborhood regular customers deserves quality service where we spend our money even if it is in the hood.

1. A friend had his EBT card wiped out after visiting this 7-Eleven. How foul is a person who steals from someone who clearly doesn't have anything! It was reported to the police. Stay away!
2. It's also VERY dirty so I would not trust any food or beverage coming out of there.
3. The store has been robbed multiple times over the years.
It's just not a safe establishment at all anymore. DO NOT GO HERE. It needs to be closed down.
There's a Dollar General two minutes away that has better service, product selection and prices.

I wanted to purchase a google play card and was informed that the Store Manager (Shante) is the only one who can have access to activate the cards. If that is the case how about putting a sign up stating the hours the cards are able to be activated. I would like to know why I experienced inconvenience at a so called convenience store? If the answer is lack of training or distrust in your employees please fix the issue. Thank you for wasting my time and my gas.

Only carries the small fountain cups that cost more and refuses to charge you for the bigger ones that cost less. A quarter of the drink for double the price. So scammy

Drink machine never works & instead of putting a note thru rather let customers drink acid . I should sue as a result I got sick with notes to prove it , RIDICULOUS

This is the most incompetent store for Area Supervisions, Store Managers and employees in the history of this store's history since changing from private ownership in 2021 to Corporate Management. Management refuses to be responsible in it's tasks to educate employees since Julia was removed and transfered to Poquoson, VA. Store in 2021. Very sad to even pose relationship and business with such and under rate place of public environment were it's so disgusting to enter the premises to do business. My professional opinion is Corporate should just close this place of business.

Won’t be going back there again. The cashier, Jasmine, types in her 7/11 rewards before you have the chance to type in your own. She has over 29,000 points so clearly this has been going on for awhile.
