The man that’s working Right now 9:30 pm 5-26 is very rude, he’s ALWAYS RUDE. well most of them are. It’s only one male that’s great with the people. But anyway the man that’s working tonight refuses to play lottery for anyone. (This is every night he is working) He just will not do. If you not good with customers you shouldn’t have a customer service job. I really don’t know how he is still working here. Smh

the lady y’all have working the overnight shift is absolutely rude…. I get to a point i don’t even want to come in that store….. this happened tonight she’s rude and should not be working customer service period…. only reason it has one star is because i had to to make a review

This stores customer service is not good. Two days ago I took my nieces and nephews in the store and the guy that was working was very rude and loud, and told me that there was no one else I could talk to above him. He talked about my kids, etc.

Being a former 7-11 employee, I know the cigarette/alcohol policy to prevent selling to underage customers. I'm in my 50's way over 27 and older than the female behind the counter. So, when I asked for the cigarettes, she refused my service because I declined to give her my ID. Anyone can see I'm over 27. You only ask for ID if the person(s) appears to be under 27. Also, you must advise the person(s) you're going to SCAN his/her ID BEFORE ASKING FOR IT because there's NO SIGN(S) stating you're going to SCAN people's ID posted in the store. I simply left and took my business to another 7-11 without having to show my ID. So, if people have to be 27+ to buy cigarettes/alcohol, SO SHOULD THE EMPLOYEES SELLING IT!

Even by 7-Eleven's standards, this place stands out as being one of the worst convenience stores in the area.
Today, I got coffee, just plain black coffee... No lids in the store. I asked, and they confirmed my suspicion, yep no lids. This isn't the first time I had gone to this location and saw they were lacking stuff in the coffee area. Like large cups only, or the coffee being out, none being brewed, or no stirring sticks....
Every time I go it's dirty, coffee station is a mess, and one single employee trying their best to keep up with everything.
They need more employees in there. It's really obvious that this location is being neglected by its management.

This store is very nasty it's never open the lady Miss Lisa is very nasty she tells people to put things in certain places because this is not a uptown store like downtown is not supposed to be clean or have things the store doors stay locked

They're very rude. Cash app has them listed as a 24/7 cash load store but they ALWAYS refuse to even TRY, just saying "they ain't allowed" ? Same thing about coupons. ? So don't waste your time.
