Sign says they have a restroom but when I go to it, I get followed by an employee and told I must leave now, while in the middle.of using the restroom. Highly unprofessional. I will not return. There should not be a sign that says restroom if you're embarrassingly going to be followed and put in a vulnerable position. It is terrifying to be in the privacy of a restroom and have someone scream at you to come out, when all you did was follow the signs that the store had up.

Kristen. Decided to let me and 3 other know. That they're closed until 4am corporate wide. I'm trying to get gas with cash. She is on the phone hiding at the chili and cheese despenser. Proceeded to show her name tag all while trying to record me and other customer just trying to get gas and he was trying to get a drink. There was no sign posted saying they're closed or why they are closed. She was super unprofessional. I thought the purpose of 711 was to be open late and convenient.

I used the restroom and was on the toilet for less the three minutes a lady knocked on the door and screamed for me to leave now or she's calling the cops and counted down from 3. I ran out not even able to wash my hands and still pulling up my pants. I have diagnosed anxiety disorders and had a panic attack. This happened around 2:30 am. Her name was Lori Reece. I have never felt so belittled and insulted. I have no clue what led her to belive I was a was a "junkie" I am always polite to the employee and have never experienced anything other than good customer service at any 711. I didn't have the chance to purchase the items I came there for. I did what she said I don't know why she was screaming at me. The other employee simply shook his head and was obviously appalled at her behavior

Give respect to get respect, unless you've worked for 711 I doubt you'll know how hard and demanding this job could actually be. The nice black lady with short hair and the white lady with glasses working yesterday was kind and made my day. Thank you ladies for your hard work and putting a smile on my face.
