Every time I come in the store and Cortez is there I know I will have a good experience. He has excellent customer service and makes you feel good. He has great energy and a welcoming voice and I am glad that he works there. He will keep me coming back!

Normally I have a good experience . But tonight was the worst . I was trying to purchase some game cards and we asked the young lady in there to ring them up. And then she was like I can't ring those up in here . I didn't understand why. But then I asked her what her name was and she ignored me and moved on to the next customer in the line. Always out of something some days its straws others foam cups they never have major mellon mtn dew... half the employees you can tell don't want to be there, i get asked for money outside almost every time I go sometimes (daily) even the employees have a "buss fair tip cup" something, I think that they definitely need to work on some things I heard that this is supposed to be a model store... guess I know why all the other ones are bad too, I was happy going to this location but the last straw was when I went to buy a 6 pack of cookies and it was WAY more expensive than than yesterday. I brought it up with the cashier and she said "they are bigger and you were under charged then" there are so many gas stations/convenience store on mercury just go to one of them would be my recommendation

Loving the new construction and upgrades they did at the end of 2022. The staff were friendly and said my little boy was cute, too. The 8 slurpee flavors are great. It's also conveniently located just up the road from Briarfield Park.
