I'm at 587 Aberdeen Rd and 58th Street in downtown Newport News VA I went in trying to order pizza I didn't understand the app and the cashier gave me an attitude and put my pizza back i will not be coming back hear

Dont break your teeth on the $4 breakfast sandwiches, go to Wendys they're only $2 and they're actually edible. I feel like 7-Eleven stole my $4 knowing them things were trash and selling them anyways.

This store is probably the worst ine i have ever been in. They advertise food specials, and NEVER have any FOOD. The lines are ridiculous, definitely last time I'm coming here!!!

They don't restock and spend the entire shift playing games on their phones. Hired some pregnant lady expecting her to restock everything. Crazy place. Empty shelves.

The young lady with all the tattoos is a great employee. Date 2/12/24. She is always friendly, and she always smiles . The machine has no co2, so I had to get me a bottle drink . I'm a little upset. I had to get a bottle of diet soda, but that was not her fault . But over I enjoy going to this 7/11 than most around the area .

Sada was the only employee working and she manage to take care of coffee stock the cheese and ring customers up. I’m writing so she is noticed for her hard work even being left by herself!

Absolutely the worst manager, Deanna Smith. Has employees doing her management duties for her. The worst customer service I've ever endure. How she speaks to customers and employees is no where near acceptable!! All the complains filed against her, how does she even still have her job!?!

Went this same 7-11 I go to all the time ,today I was disrespected by a Manager name Crystal by saying I smell like I took a bath in my cologne and started laughing ,I said some words back to her on that note then she declined to service me and left to go to the back of the store leaving the other cashier stuck with a long line of people .i don’t see how she get that position being every time i go there I don’t see her do nothing else but gossip behind the counter even if it’s not busy .

I bought gas, and came in the use the restroom. I could see the restrooms. And before I got there the people behind the counter said "norestroom." And I said... what? "No rest room." So I asked, what about the men's room? "No restrooms." I bought gas? "No public restrooms." What kind of gas station doesn't have restrooms for paying customers?

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't 711 known for coffee? I walk in? Every single pot is empty. Cashiers are just hanging around laughing and talking. But I didn't have to do anything. This is the worst 711 ever.
