The cashier was friendly, used my card to purchase nos energy drink, cashier said the card did not go through, charge again card with through, only to find out that I was charged twice for the same drink !

(Apr. 23, 2024). Upon entering the store, the cashier greeted me in an unprofessional manner. When I tried to correct him, he became super defensive. He stated I could go to another store. Further, he tossed the item I wanted to purchase onto the store counter. When I commented on his action (i.e., tossing), he defiantly stated that I would have known had he thrown the item. He continued to refer to me in the previously mentioned unprofessional manner. I did not purchase my item and left the store.
Recommendation: The store should develop a standard greeting for its employees. One that does not mention age, sex, or any other protected category. Simple greetings such as 'Good afternoon, etc.' or 'Welcome to 7-Eleven' are examples that would ensure an employee's intent is not misunderstood.

7:25am and it says closed!!!!! What the hell is always wrong with these stores?? Check your cams on 26th of April around or after 7am! And no, I’m not contacting cooperative. Either this review is enough to do something or it’s not!

Friendliest, most attentive employees I've ever seen at a 7 Eleven!**Editing to add an even better experience! Couple months ago I was calling around to different 7-Elevens specifically to inquire about sugar-free slurpees. Not only did this location have them, but I was told the goal is to always have at least one sugar free flavor available so everyone can enjoy slurpees! Now I know where I'm going whenever I need sugar free.

Apparently, this one is not 24/7. Also, every freaking morning their drinks are so empty! I have walked out of this store without purchasing anything only because they had so minimal in options. (No dr peppers, no Pepsis, no c4 drinks, no mtDew, etc.) Like wise, when I pull in hoping to make a purchase and the store is closed….Shouldn’t help wanted signs be around?

Ghetto. Not consistent with ID checks. Won't let you buy it what you need personally if the person near you shopping doesn't have an ID they don't ring you up. They also never refill or stock anything
