I used to stop here for an energy drink and maybe a quick breakfast bite on my way to work. Went 3 times and each time I was told I 'shouldn't be eating that', in reference to the food I was buying. Maybe cause I'm slightly overweight. I don't know. But I started going other places for a coffee, drink, or quick bite that way I'm note berated every time. Other than that the store is clean, checkout was smooth.

They had the floor mat blocking the door when I walked in causing me to trip over it and hurt my already injured leg. I didn't even get a sorry. I had only gone inside because I was having problems with the gas pump but was told that they don't have anything to do with that and they don't know what's going on. I was going to pay with the card inside and because I had moved my car to the front of store instead of walking across the parking lot with an already injured leg, the women rolled her eyes and told me I would only have 2 minutes if I paid in the store. I told her I was just going to go somewhere else and she said fine. The two people that I dealt with in there were both rude. They used to be really nice here. Not sure what happened. The one woman was put out because I told her somebody else was going to get hurt on that mat.

All of the store employees were outside waited 10-15 minutes before just walking out I said to them they have people waiting and they proceeded to say “you wanna take care of them on the register” I said I will if they want me to. What they don’t know is I use to work for 711 :) all it took was seeing all the customers waiting to walk in and take care of us instead I walked out and I’m sure others did as well. With no one in the store everything and anything could have been stolen. I recommend every employee outside get written up and the one that asked me if I wanted to take care of the customers should be terminated for disrespecting customers poor performance and lack of professionalism.

The one-star rating is for the diesel pumps. To say they pump slow is an understatement. I have been sitting here waiting for my truck to fill up for 15 mins and I am barely over a half-tank. While waiting, I decided to time the pump and its only pumping about 1 gal/min. While I am glad they installed diesel pumps at this store, I just don't have this kind of time in my life.

Service is hit and miss. I used to enjoy getting my coffee every morning but now I can't even get a coffee sleeve for my HOT coffee. That's crazy.
