Be careful shopping here I don't bother at all I came in to get a battery I bought from them 6 months ago recharge lady told me it was a bad battery mind you this the second one they sold me and told me this after a few months she told me it was a bad battery she couldn't charge it but she sell me a new one I didn't need trying to make $300 so I took my business to Napa FYI if the battery was Bad this light would be Red somebody was lying..😡

Worst experience ever first time trying them because that's who my mechanic deals with.. but needed a control arm.. they ordered the wrong part 3 different times.. when I ask what am I supposed to do about my inconvenience.. was told they it was nothing they could do trust me take your business somewhere else or maybe they was just doin me like that

I called this location and spoke with a Gentleman named Tay, for a part that I needed for my vehicle . Tay very nicely asked me to hold so he could go and check the aisle to get the price for me, he quoted me the prices for the item and also Explained in detail (upon me asking the difference in pricing) the difference. I really appreciated his Great Customer service and him going Above and Beyond to assist me. Before ending the call I asked for his name, which he replied Tay, and he did mention this is not his home store, he's just working here today, but I sure he's this Kind wherever he goes, I was Very Satisfied with his service...

My car would not start and I ended up needing a new battery. Wonderful, kind, and efficient service from the woman working the counter. She was excellent. I feel bad I don't remember her name but she was really great.

Very bad service the lady tried to service and answer questions of all the folks in line she did not aknowledge no one in line at all and even through people's frustration she still talked more in more to the guy that asked her a trillion questions I'm very patient but she could've asked the guy in back to help
