Awful service…Myasia was ghetto! Saying she’s not here to look out for anyone…and that the sign that i read for buy one get one month free was FALSE unless you were renting for a long period of time. she said it was a trap to keep people in. I was looking at some of storages even tho the awful customer service, They were filthy and not cleaned.

My aunt is a customer, she ended up going into a nursing home and couldn't keep up with her payments, so they let her get her important documents and pictures out before they sold the unit, they are very nice, very gracious and we appreciate them very much. It was good and clean and the workers were nice and friendly, the only issue I had was that it doesn't have 24 hour access. But there was a plus because they were open on Sunday when no other storage facility was open. But i definitely recommend this place

I rented a climate controlled storage unit and had all of my household belongings in there and they got ruined!! My furniture accumulated mold on it and rat droppings all over my unit due to someone else storing food in a unit from what i was told....The Manager didn't act concerned AT ALL about my belongs and was very blunt and ruin. I wish i NEVER trusted them with my stuff

Was disappointed that I paid the money I did for a climate controlled unit only to find mouse urine and droppings on an almost new power reclined couch and mold all over an expensive wood side table. Management was told and didn't do a thing to try to make it any better. Save your time and your money...don't store anything worth and value here!

This place is awful they do not allow you access after 6:30 when initially I was told I has until 7pm..The lady in the office name Shelia was sitting there doing absolutely nothing at 6:30 and refused to let me in my storage because she stated alarms were set. I was told I has until 7pm to get on storage.. false advertisement and misleading
