My first time shopping online for grocery pick up from this location. I wasn't parked at the correct pick up spot. When I checked my order online it said that the groceries had been completed already. I realized I was parked in the incorrect pick up location 📍 so I moved to the correct pick up spot. The lady said she didn't see me and was wondering where I was. I informed her I thought my groceries had been given away because she put in the system prior to delivering them to my vehicle that the groceries were delivered already to the vehicle. I was really afraid I was going home with no groceries. Next time I would kindly suggest that they deliver the items to the appropriate vehicle then acknowledge internally in the Aldi system (groceries, items) delivered.

If you like to warehouse feel on a small scale then this is the place to shop. Don't expect to find someone to help, they could use extra cashiers or an express lane.
