I accidentally hit the wrong thing for Gino service. He was excellent that to me. Less than one minute of me being in the store told me about new offers that I could receive and I told him that when I get a new line I will be coming to the store and doing business with him so I was extremely satisfied with his service not dissatisfied

Went in this morning to upgrade my phone and was helped by Tito. They had fantastic service for sure, but were not fully truthful. I was given the galaxy watch and told it was a deal with my new phone; I was told that it was free. Guess I should have known that it was too good to be true. I received my bill update today and saw that there is now a new phone line on my account for the watch, which I was NOT told about. On top of that, the watch wasn't actually free and they added monthly plans onto my account. I'm absolutely livid! I'll be taking the watch back, but was informed that there is a restocking fee. What an absolute scam. I also upgraded my phone and traded in my old. I was supposed to receive money off the new phone and even have the receipt showing that. Yeah, that also didn't happen and the new phone is full price when it was supposed to be $1k off. Then to add on to all of that, I wanted the basic protection plan added to the phone ($17 a month), but they added the tier 4 ($50 a month). I'm half tempted to change phone carriers now because this is all absolutely ridiculous and beyond frustrating. Oh, and they also removed my veteran's discount from my bill as well without informing me so now I have to go through everything to get that re-added.

I have not had text messages for 3 weeks. I haven't spent 3 hrs for the past 3 Saturday with pomises and no resolution. I got the wrong phone line deleted and given a number that comes up.as spam.

The representativeTANK who works at the AT&T store near PTC was very patient and helpful. He made sure I had what I was comfortable with and not giving just anything. Highly recommend TANK if you want to purchase anything from the store he works at.

I answered my questions because within the timeframe I entered I was browsing and the technicians were busy with other customers but they did acknowledge that someone would be right with me once they took care of their current customer. They were courteous and provide great and timely assistance to get me in and out without any worries. Haven't bought a phone in-store in years but I enjoyed how seamless the process was.

Tito was a great help getting our trade ins for our upgrades. We were having a hard time with one of the phones not wanting to erase. He understood that I did not want to make a trip back so he kept at it until he finally got it to erase. I appreciate it b it big time.
