this used to be my favorite autozone because the employees were friendly and helpful. today i went in to dump oil from an oil change and the sales associate treated me like a child that wouldn’t know what to do. comparing my oil to “hell” and saying he would “pray for me” to dump my oil myself, acting disgusted. when i asked him for advice on my car hood not closing all the way, he did not want to help.

Went for a battery change with no sensible knowledge of different brands or anything, but thankfully a stellar employee named Kamryn made the whole process a breeze! Very informative, super duper helpful! Always receive help in a timely manner whenever I visit this location.

I visited this location to return a core, this nice gentleman named Curtis was very helpful. He answered All of my questions with ease, I felt very confident with all of his answers. I didn't really understand something he was explaining but he gave me 2 examples to make me understand , I really appreciated his Great Customer Service and his eagerness to help customers. Best service and auto parts store I've been in on the Hampton Roads area. The staff is amazing, friendly and have great customer service. They go above and beyond. Always willing to go out of their way to make sure I get the parts or product for my car.

I went to AutoZone in Hampton to purchase headlights (one had burned out that morning). Peter B., one of the technicians, was friendly and helpful. He allowed me to borrow a socket wrench to complete the job, and was courteous throughout the process. I will definitely go back for my auto parts!
