Mr. Butch is an awesome and informative gentleman, I came looking for a rare piece that I couldn't locate anywhere online locally and he was aware that the part had been discontinued. But he took it upon himself and personally fitted a rubber hose that works perfect temporarily until the actual part arrives. A kind and caring gesture!

Butch Webster is the finest manager I've ever seen. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly, he makes everything feel easy. I love this store more than any other in the area and it's because of the people like butch who work here.

Never had an issue with this location until today. My app showed an item in stocks at this store but the clerk REFUSED to look. He acknowledged that the item was probably in the store but he simply didn't feel like looking. Unreal.
