Went to the store this afternoon. If you're looking to shop somewhere where you'll be left alone.. this is it!
There were 3 people working and only 1 other customer. No greeting, no can I help you...Only "are you here to pick up an order?". Went to check out & received the same customer service. Think I'll skip this store from now on, there's plenty of others out there.

Imagine supporting a business that defends criminals and their actions by firing employees who speak out against theft. Time to boycott another brand.

I came in half an hour before close. The staff welcomed me, were friendly, and helpful. First time at this location and would recommend based on their service and selection.

The store didn't look very Christmasy. The sales are the same sales that have been running all year. So the more bang for your buck was not really there. Shopping at BBW is different, like the joy is gone.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was Having issues placing the order online, called the toll free number and they agreed to place the order for me . I went to my local store in Hampton Va only to find out my order was made at a store in Ohio! I have no idea why or how the representative would do that. Called customer service , they refused to put a supervisor on the phone, ( told me they cancelled my order ( which they did not) and disconnected the call! The agents hardly speak English, and definitely don’t comprehend it. I hope I never have the need to do business with this company again!
