Rooms are always clean and ready for occupancy. Breakfast is good, but a little more variety would be nice. More fresh fruit options, for example. And offering potatoes along with the eggs and bacon/sausage selections.

The hotel was okay. The following items will get you to a 4 plus star rating. Hallways rugs need to be shampooed. If you’re saving breakfast until 9am. You need to make sure you’re fully stocked, especially hot food items. You need new furniture in the lobby area. Pool area tiles need to be pressured washed. I had several conversations with staff and employees. Very pleasant people. Appearance is everything. Perhaps have your employees wear a uniform, at least a polo or T-shirt with your logo. It seems like you don’t have enough staff to keep up. From a VP Manager perspective, these areas should remain consistent. Also, be more attentive to the front desk.

The service and cleanliness are why this is getting a higher rating. The service was always friendly. The room was spotless.
But, the dark our curtains were anything but.
The toilet changed against the wall anytime you used the toilet. There is a bathtub but you can only shower. Or let the shower fill the bath.
The mattresses were OK but the pillows were flat and hard as rocks.
The AC in the room worked well but the lobby was insanely hot.
Thw toilet paper holder was a tetanus shot waiting to happen.
The continental breakfast was pretty good and kept very clean.
All complaints aside I would stay again due to the cleanliness and staff.

The hotel was good, nice location and convenient. The stuff nice enough.
Housekeeping was very slow that they still had to go to do our room around 5 ish and they didn’t even do the obvious things like getting all the trash or putting the pillows back in the bed. Other then that pretty okay place !

Stayed in room 512 was good but room 410 has BED BUGS I HAVE PROOF AND EVERYTHING !!!!!!!!!!!! May 23 2025 was my last night there NOBODY WAS SORRY OR ACCOMMODATING NO ONE HAS give me a refund or a new room had to move to a new hotel BE CAREFUL THERE !!!!!! Check headboards and box springs !!!!!!

I really didn't have high expectations for a best western but I was pleasantly surprised here. The checkin was super quick and the room was very clean. Everything in the room worked great and the bed was comfy as well. The front desk staff were all very nice and solved any issues I had during my stay. They were polite and accommodating. My only complaint is the other patrons can get a little loud (I was on the very bottom floor next to the gym and breakfast area so the rest may not be like this).
Overall, great experience.

I love Best Western Hotels. To be honest, I'm not too fond of this place. Neighbor seems sketchy at night. There's a day and night watchman in the parking lot.

would recommend if wanting to stay in a central location of convention and coliseum. Restaurants and other activities were with in walking or could call for Uber/Lyft unless you already have transportation. Very quiet. Highly recommend for the price.
Rooms: clean and updated
Nearby activities: didnt do other activities due to i was there for family funeral
Safety: very quiet along the row of other hotels on coliseum drive
Walkability: well lit and quiet plus very clean along the sidewalk.

Asked several times to have housekeeping even putting the card on the door in the early morning. Never showed up!!! Ran out of TP and towels and the trash was overflowing. Also the hallways always smelled like weed. Asked for 55+ and AAA discount...don't think that happened.
Nearby activities: Lots of shope and restaurants. Convenient location.

Checked in our room went to shower and tub drain was stopped up. Requested a plunger to get tub to drain. Discovered enough hair in the drain to be a small animal. Requested a discount since we were able to clear the drain and was told would have to talk to a manager. Aint for time for that. Funny thing is a plumber would have changed at least $200 for a service I provided for free. Definitely would not stay here again or recommend.

This is a very good hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here. They have very moderate rates.
The receptionist was very friendly. She was willing to assist and ensure we were comfortable. The rooms are spacious and very neat. The bath was clean and there was a constant supply of toiletries during our 3 days stay. The housekeeper did a great job.
Best Western Hampton Coliseum Inn is strategically located. It’s very close to shopping centers, restaurants and a gas station.
They offer free continental breakfast with lots of fruits available. There’s a gym and a swimming pool in the hotel to help stretch your muscles each day. There’s access to 247 cappuccinos and fruit juice at the reception. They have a safe parking lot with very good lightening.
We came from Massachusetts and you guys made us feel at home. Thanks y’all.

Rooms: Spacious rooms with all the amenities that one might need. The was an ironing board and an iron, hair dryer, coffee maker, tea, sugar, milk.
The air-condition functioned well.
I had great view outside since I was on the 3rd floor.
Nearby activities: Shopping centers, gas stations, Hampton Inn Convention Centre and other hotels are close-by.
Safety: Very safe place to be.
Walkability: You can walk from the hotel to shops. The hotel is well situated.
Food & drinks: There’s no restaurant in this hotel.
However, they provide sumptuous breakfast.
Noteworthy details: It’s a good place to be.
Value for money.

Puddle on the floor of the hotel room when we got there. No one was at the desk for me to tell. Told him when checking out and he said it’s because they mopped the floor and it wasn’t dry yet. Toilet didn’t flush fully either the entire stay. Ac didn’t get cold. Breakfast was dry.
