Disappointing experience at BJ’s gas station. The air pump is always down, which is incredibly inconvenient. Getting a receipt from the gas pump is also a hit or miss—you never know if it’ll actually print. On top of that, the lines are long, the pumps are slow, and some of them don’t even work properly. There’s rarely any staff around to assist. For a membership-based station, the experience should be much better. Not worth the hassle.

I had a HUGE order ( total of 30 cases of soda and water) that i was picking up for a festival this weekend. I placed my order through the app for pickup and when i arrived, i was greeted warmly by employees and was instructed to pull to the front- because the cart everything was on could not fit through the side door. As i pulled up, i was greeted with 3 men with smiles on their faces that worked quickly in placing everything in my vehicle nice and neat. I was truly impressed. Thank you!!!!

I normally love going to BJ's but tonight I had a very traumatic experience. I went to purchase items for dinner so after I got home, my meatloaf mix smelled like it was sour and my sweet Italian sausage was old as well.I have never gotten old meat from BJ's before but now I will be very cautious.
